[News Report] Unexplained Disappearances in Fuyuki

Fuyuki City -- A new report from Fuyuki police claims that an unusually high number of disappearances have occurred in Fuyuki City over the past month.

Since 1st of this month, a reported 18 men and women have gone missing, the majority of them from central and rural Miyama.  There seems to be no connection between the missing people, except that most are between the ages of 18 and 30.

Police have no formal suspects, but some eyewitnesses describe a man dressed in black present at some of the missing people's homes around the time of their disappearance.  Police are assuming foul play.
